Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days. Delivery then takes 8–14 business days to the UK, 10–20 to the EU and Australia, 12–20 to the US and 12–25 to Canada. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.

Yes. UK orders over £60 ship free, and orders over £55 (or your local equivalent) ship free to the EU, US, Canada and Australia. Orders shipped from outside your country may be subject to import duties or taxes. See our Shipping Policy.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days. See our full Refund Policy.

Email support@pholex-pet.store with your order number and we'll email you the return address and instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
